They make their own tortillas and serve a baked potato slathered in butter with practically every entree. Skip the refried beans for the homemade Chihuahua's beans. All that would probably be enough to make it a great place to eat, but they also have a salsa/condiment station to die for. Four different homemade chile sauces, pico de gallo and several homemade salsas on ice with diced onion, cilantro and the usual lettuce and cucumber. The dining area is not plush, but clean and spacious. You order at the counter and help yourself to the condiments. |
