One of The Best!!!	Dec 8th, 2004
This tucked away place behind the Welcome Inn Bar is excellent for Mexican food! The owner, David Carrillo, makes the best green enchildas in the area. His chili con queso is superb! The chili is never too hot, just right! His salsa and chips are superb! Everything including his rellenos are all made from scratch! A visit to Las Cruces without a visit to Carrillo's Cafe is a great loss!
