The local food here is excellent. Enchiladas are very good. The lamb fajitas are very very good and the Chiles Rellenos are outstanding.
9 times out of 10 the service is good here, but every once and a while you get a bad waiter and as a result your food might come out less than hot. This the the exception, not the rule, however. I have never found the staff to be rude. |

I agree with the first person, the service was extremely slowww, the food was served cold, they didn't want to bring me out a warmer plate, come on how hard is it to bring two taco plates to a table warm? The fries tasted OLD, did I mention the service WAS HORRIBLE!!! Won't go there again!! |

Fabulous chile, both green and red. Great family-run restaurant, will always be my favorite of NM food restaurants. Simple atmosphere, but the FOOD!!!!! |

Seriously, there are maybe one or two other restaurants in Espanola that hold water against Angelina's.
I can vouch for the stuffed sopapillas, the tostadas, the tacos and the burritos. All of which I have had in many different configurations and enjoyed immensely.
Also worth mentioning for all you borrega freaks out there, Angelina's serve a variety of tasty lamb dishes.

I have always loved to eat at Angelina's. Especially the old building where they had those great old West booths. The food is great and everyone is friendly. |
