We were passing through Carlsbad and stopped in. The service was slow. The food (Enchiladas) were tastless and greasy. The chips were also cold and stale. Staff Rude! How does this place stay in business? |

All I saw on my plate was grease and cheese. I was hoping I'd find a meal underneath, but no such luck. A second visit confirmed my initial impression. You can eat at SO many other good places -why go here? |

This was by fat the worse dining experience of my entire life. The enchiladas were bland, the sauce was terrible, the sandwiches are dull, nothing at all was good. The service was terrible, and the attitude of the entire staff was sickening. |

My wife and I were at this restaurant on July 7. The place was as expected packed being lunch time and Sunday when many town restaurants were closed. After a 20 minute wait we were seated and ordered. The lunch crunch forced us to wait a bit before being served, but it was ultimately worth it. We were quite pleasantly surprised by one dish in particular, the chile rellenos. We found the wait staff helpful and courteous even though they were at their busiest. |

This place must rely strictly on tourist trade and non-return customers.
It took us an hour to get served, and out of 3 different dinners we ordered, I found nothing that tasted even remotely decent. The red sauce, the beans, even the chips were lousy.
I complained to the cashier and got a "so what" response. We will never eat there again and will discourage others.
