My family and I were passing through Livingston on the way to Yellowstone and stopped at The Sport. We never expected to find such fabulous food and such a warm family-friendly place to eat. The restaurant interior is like something out of an old-West movie. The kids loved the grilled cheese and were given plenty of crayons and fresh veggies to munch on while we waited. I had the ribs (UNBELIEVABLE!) and my husband had a burrito (huge-actually too big)! The french fries are also tasty! We had apple pie to finish and were told that it was "Mom's recipe." Good pie! |

My wife and I weren't expecting a fourstar meal when we were dining in Livingston, MT, but the Sport certainly delivered. I had the prime rib which rivals (if not beats) any NY restaurants. My wife had the french onion which she said "was to die for." Not only was meal delicious and way too cheap, but the service was out of this world. In particular the bartendar named P.J. He made us the best mixed drinks and was very attentive to our needs. It was very special when he brought out his fish artwork, which rivals anything I've ever seen. If you get the chance eat there when P.J. is working. |
