To management:
First I would like to stress that we are very good customers, ordering usually once a week, dinning in with friends around once a month. That is why the treatment we recieved last weekend was so upsetting.
It all started when I called in my order for delievey and the person taking my order over the phone was extremely rude, and short with me. This was at 8:30 p.m. An hour went by and still no food. We had no illusions that this was anything personal, for we are extremely good to the drivers as we are in the service industry ourselves and live by tips. My husband called at 9:30 to check on the status of our order and told it was on it's way. 10:30 rolled around, much to late for us to go anywhere else and eat, so we called back again, and again we were told it was on it's way. Finally my husband drove over there and the restaurant was closed. He talked to someone in the restaurant and was told once again that our order was, "On it's way." Midnight came and we knew that we had been lied too all along. As we live in the neighborhood, frequent the videostore across the street, and sincerly enjoy your food we are at a loss as to why we weren't just told that you were too busy to deliever to us and why we were treated with such smug distain?
Regetfully,
Former Loyal Customers |
