El Emperador is a family-run restaurant that serves large portions of food at a fairly reasonable price. The staff is very pleasant (all family memebers, it appears) and are ready to make everyone feel welcome during their dining visit. Each meal comes with complimentary chips and salsa, and is prepared to order.
