I recently went to Don Pablo's at Lunch time and was appalled to see, that although the restaurant was almost bare, the Wait staff was still unable or unwilling to be attentive.
Our Waitress tried to dissuade us from getting the Dip Sampler because of the Corn Salsa SHE thought was bitter. Though we ordered Drinks, Appetizer, and two Dinners, She still couldn't provide adequate service.
The food, once it got to the table was very enjoyable, although the amount of Chicken and Steak in the Fajita's was scarce and the Add-on Shrimp were puny (though labeled "Jumbo"). The experience wasn't a total loss as the food was tasty, but considering everything together I would frequent a lot of other more "authentic" Mexican restaurants before I went back. |
