We have never been disappointed at Mt Shasta, Red Bluff, or Willows (has been our Favorite on I-5). The newest one will open in Citrus Heights. I am anxious to try it as it is closer.
Will report afterward |

By far the best place to eat Mexican!! We always get great service and food! We have been to the Redding, Anderson, Red Bluff and Corning locations. It's always what we expect... The best! |

We have been going to Cas Ramos in Mount Shasta, since it's opening. We have been totaly satisfied, until Fathers day. It seems as though there has been a big change in the food menu. I had a tacito dinner plate, and had it several times before, but what I got was hard crunchy little rolls I could hardly chew. I can get better tacitos at Cosco. The employees seemd under duress on this day, as never before. One employee got a chewing out riht by our table, which disturbed us no end. We really enjoy Casa Ramos, but more of this type of service in Mount Shasta, and it will be Adios. |

Was kind of fun, until we were left sitting waiting for our waiter for a good 10 minutes after finishing. Only saw him about two times. |

This is by far the best Mexican food I have ever sank my teeth into. It doesn't take long for the food to get to your table, and it's piping hot. I always order the "grande meal" with the cheese only enchiladas. The chili rellenos aren't too bad either. |
